We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please make sure your items are unworn, undamaged, in the same condition you received them and are in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface as returns of shoes with scratched soles will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns of intimate apparel such as swimwear, bras and panties.
Sale items are not eligible for refund but may be returned for either an exchange or in store credit. We do not accept returns or refunds on gift cards. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
How to Complete Your Return
If you would like to send an item back to us, please complete our Return Request form. Once your return request approved, you may send the item(s) back to us and if you would like an exchange, we will ship it to you free of charge. After the first exchange, you will be responsible for shipping both ways. We strongly recommend reusing the package you originally received from us. Once we receive your package and upon approval after inspection, we will promptly issue a refund of your purchase back to your original payment method or issue a store credit where applicable. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund or exchange and 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received and approved your request and are processing your refund.
